These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hook Em' Up Towing website (towingnashvilletn.com) and any towing, roadside assistance, recovery, or transport service we provide. By using the site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Hook Em' Up Towing is a locally owned and operated towing company headquartered at 607 Fordomatic Dr, Nashville, TN 37209. We are licensed and insured to provide towing and roadside services in Tennessee.
2. Service Scope & Availability
- We dispatch 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays.
- Our primary service area covers Davidson County and the surrounding Nashville metro (Williamson, Rutherford, Sumner, Wilson, and Cheatham counties). Out-of-area jobs are quoted case by case.
- Response times referenced on this site (typically 30–45 minutes) are average targets, not guarantees. Actual ETA depends on traffic, weather, road closures, distance from our dispatch, and call volume.
- Service is subject to truck availability and driver safety. We reserve the right to decline jobs that cannot be performed safely or legally.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are quoted before dispatch based on vehicle type, pickup location, destination, and the equipment required.
- Additional fees may apply for after-hours calls, off-road recovery, winching, mileage beyond the quoted range, storage, or specialty equipment.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless an insurance or motor-club billing arrangement is in place.
- We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation, dispatch fees, and refund procedures are described in detail in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You represent that you are the vehicle owner or have the owner's permission to authorize service.
- You are responsible for removing personal belongings before the tow when practical and for accurately describing the vehicle, its condition, and the situation.
- You must stay in a safe location while waiting and follow our driver's instructions on scene.
6. Liability
We carry commercial garage-keepers and on-hook insurance as required by Tennessee law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the lesser of (a) the cost to repair documented damage caused by our driver's negligence, or (b) the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to the tow, items left in the vehicle, or consequential or incidental damages.
Damage claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service and supported by photos and an independent repair estimate.
7. Website Use
- The content on this site (text, images, logos, layout) is owned by Hook Em' Up Towing and may not be copied or republished without permission.
- You agree not to use the site to send spam, attempt to disrupt service, or submit false or fraudulent service requests.
- Outbound links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party site content.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
