We were out of town and teenage daughter blew a tire and was stranded and terrified. It was a Sunday night and I called about 9 other places and no one picked up. Hook Em Up picked up right away. The lady was very friendly and spoke clear English and understood the situation that we were not there. We were able to leave the car and get her home while the tow truck came. It was in Liepers Fork at about 11pm and the tow truck was out there quickly. They brought it where I needed and everything went smoothly. I’ll only call Hook Em Towing from now on. Great service!

Hook em up towing was fast, friendly, and very good with communication. They towed my vintage Honda motorcycle with absolutely no issues and let me know when it arrived safely to the repair shop. I definitely recommend!

The same few things come up again and again in our feedback: a real person picked up the phone, the price quoted on the call was the price at the scene, and the truck showed up inside the window dispatch gave. Most of our reviews are written by people who were having a genuinely bad day — a dead battery in a work parking lot, a flat on the shoulder of Briley, keys locked in a running car outside a grocery store.
We read every one of them. When somebody tells us an ETA slipped or a driver could have explained the load better, that goes back to the person who ran the call. It's the most useful feedback we get, and it's the reason the overnight and holiday reviews read about the same as the weekday ones.
